Rolando Permangil (Pilipinas Got Talent - Davao City) has both the powerful voice and the life story to stir the hearts of everyone. His wife left him with their three children. He has a visually impaired father, a situation that pushed him to help other people with the same impairment. Rolando sang ‘Ikaw ang Pangarap’ by Martin Nievera and gave out such an amazing performance.
