Pilipinas Got Talent is the Philippine version of the Got Talent franchise (America’s Got Talent, Britain’s Got Talent, etc.) and will be shown on ABS-CBN.
Filipino singers, dancers, comedians, variety acts, and other performers show their talent and compete against each other for the judges’ approval and audience support. “Pilipinas Got Talent” is the official Pinoy franchise of the "Got Talent" format or show.
The Got Talent franchise is a British TV format conceived and owned by Simon Cowell's SYCO company. First show was made in Britain, hosted by Paul O'Grady. Then it became America's Got Talent that shows the first full series of the format.
America's Got Talent has spawned spin-offs in over 20 countries, in what is now referred to as the Got Talent format.
Now, its time for the Philippines and the Filipinos to show what they got. Pilipinas Got Talent will be launching soon On ABS-CBN network.
